If you follow me on Instagram and Twitter you might have noticed that I've started a Paleo diet way of life. For that way of living and eating, smoothies are extremely important whe you feel like in need of sugar. Since it is healthy for everyone and not only for the people practising Paleo, I've decided to share my ideas.
Here's one of my favorite! You'll need:
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1 banana (for one person I think it's enough)
- 1/4 cup of berries (mine are not fresh since it's not the season but you can find some refregirated in your supermarket)
- Almond milk (Alpro is one of my favorite but find yours)
The doses depends on you, whether the ingredient you love the most and if you want your smoothie to be creamy or liquid, etc.
